Cancellation and Refunds
Our cancellation policy:
- More than 14 days before: Full refund minus 10% administrative fee
- 7-14 days before: 50% refund
- Less than 7 days before: No refund
- Rescheduling: Free with 48 hours' notice, one reschedule permitted per booking
If we cancel a session, you receive a full refund or can reschedule without penalty.
Our Right to Cancel
We reserve the right to cancel services due to:
- Insufficient enrolment numbers
- Instructor illness or emergency
- Circumstances beyond our reasonable control
In such cases, we will offer a full refund or alternative dates.

- Follow instructor guidance
- Engage constructively in activities
We reserve the right to exclude participants whose behaviour disrupts learning or creates an unsafe environment. No refund will be provided in such cases.
