Cancellation and Refunds

Our cancellation policy:

• More than 14 days before: Full refund minus 10% administrative fee
• 7-14 days before: 50% refund
• Less than 7 days before: No refund
• Rescheduling: Free with 48 hours' notice, one reschedule permitted per booking

If we cancel a session, you receive a full refund or can reschedule without penalty.

Our Right to Cancel

We reserve the right to cancel services due to:

• Insufficient enrolment numbers
• Instructor illness or emergency
• Circumstances beyond our reasonable control

In such cases, we will offer a full refund or alternative dates.

We reserve the right to exclude participants whose behaviour disrupts learning or creates an unsafe environment. No refund will be provided in such cases.
