What to expect when you contact us
If you're enquiring about a specific programme, we'll confirm availability and discuss scheduling options. For those uncertain which service best fits their needs, we'll ask a few questions about your child's age, current financial knowledge, and learning goals.
There's no pressure. Some families book immediately. Others prefer to think it over or discuss with their children first. We understand this is an investment in your child's future, and the decision deserves consideration.
Frequently asked questions
Do you offer group discounts for siblings?
Yes. When siblings attend the same programme, the second child receives a 15% reduction, and subsequent children 20%. This applies to workshops and bootcamps, not one-on-one coaching.
Can we schedule sessions during school holidays?
Absolutely. We run intensive programmes during half-terms and summer holidays. Many families find this timing ideal since there's more flexibility for practice between sessions.
What if my child has special educational needs?
We adapt our teaching approach to individual learning requirements. Let us know about any specific needs when you enquire, and we'll discuss how we can best support your child.
Do you offer programmes in languages other than English?
Currently, all our programmes are delivered in English. We're exploring multilingual options for future expansion.
What's your cancellation policy?
Sessions can be rescheduled with 48 hours' notice at no charge. Cancellations with less notice forfeit 50% of the fee. We understand circumstances change and work flexibly with families experiencing difficulties.
Partnership enquiries
We work with schools, community organisations, and youth groups to deliver financial education at scale. If you represent an organisation interested in bringing our programmes to your students or members, we'd welcome a conversation.
Current partnerships include three secondary schools in Leeds, two youth centres in Manchester, and a community education programme in Bristol. We're expanding across the UK and keen to reach more young people.
Whatever brings you here—specific questions, general curiosity, or ready to book—we look forward to hearing from you. Financial literacy transforms lives, and we're privileged to be part of that journey with families across the UK.
